江蘇省科技發展有限公司（JSTD）前身為江蘇省科技發展公司，成立于1992年7月。1996年2月，被國家外經貿部批準為外貿經營權單位。1998年1月，受江蘇省科學技術委員會指令組建江蘇省科技發展集團公司。2006年1月，按照江蘇省人民政府部署改制為有限責任公司。

Jiangsu Science & Technology Development Co., Ltd. (JSTD), with Jiangsu Science & Technology Development Company as its predecessor company, was founded in July 1992 and authorized by the state Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation (MOFTEC) as a unit entitled foreign trade rights in February 1996. In January 1998, it was set up as Jiangsu Science & Technology Development Group Company in accordance with the instruction of Jiangsu Province Science & Technology Commission, and in January 2006 further restructured as a limited liability company according to the deployment of Jiangsu Provincial Government.
Its main business service includes agent imports and sales of medical equipment and science education apparatus.
